I am a committed and conscientious individual with a passion for the health and fitness industry which has been a significant part of my life for over 30 years. A wealth of knowledge and experience gained from a diverse range of roles has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and an ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, cultures and organisation hierarchy. Confident and competent in working on my own being self-employed or as part of a team I can be relied upon to get the job done, able to make informed decisions with minimal supervision but proactively seeking guidance as and when necessary.

Started my coaching Journey by doing an apprenticeship in 2003. Since then and for the last 20 years I have worked within various Primary schools delivering P.E. and also various extra- curricular sports activities. I have currently spent the last 6 years working with college and senior football for semi- professional clubs whilst also gaining experience of working in a professional club/academy environment. My specialisms are Football goalkeeping and Multi sports coaching with some behaviour intervention and safeguarding.

My name is Davinia, I have worked in the Health & Fitness industry for 25 years. I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a person-centred approach. I have a wealth of experience working with clients using transactional analysis and motivational interviewing to help with effective behaviour change. I have specific knowledge in the dietary aspect of weight management, physical activity and most importantly effective facilitation of behaviour change. My specialism is in mental health interventions, working with a range of diagnoses. Focusing on the therapeutic use of exercise and activity with individuals and groups to improve participation in roles, habits and routines. My main goal is to empower clients to make positive changes in their lives
